Can I purchase my own fixtures?
Yes, we can install privately purchased plumbing and non-comfort heat gas fixtures, local codes still apply.
What are non-comfort heat appliances? What gas work are plumbers responsible for?
Just as the name implies, if it doesn’t warn you up (furnaces and boilers). These fixtures include ranges, cooktops, grills, clothes dryers, water heaters and occasionally even aesthetic fireplaces, garage heaters and pool heaters.
What is a good toilet?
High quality porcelain is more expensive than poor quality porcelain. Italy has the best white porcelain; Mexico has some high quality with a brown color to it. Mexico also has some low-quality porcelain that washes out and plugs the internal components within 6 years. If a toilet flushes slowly and circles around, it needs replacement for this reason. I choose Gerber Avalanche Elite, because they are the best I can find.

I recommend the unit has an expansion tank. the new continuous filter system produces 35ppm process water while the tank style is slower but 15ppm. Also, an air gap is critical for safety and code. If the system isn’t designed for one, I may not be able to retrofit it. Don’t cut corners when it comes to safety
